CARES Act: Another reason to support FP

On behalf of all of us at the Feminist Press, thank you for the generosity you’ve shown us this year. With your readership, your donations, and your support, we’ve weathered the storm of 2020 and emerged more dedicated than ever to delivering the books that change readers’ lives in 2021.

As we close out this year, we wanted to make sure that you’re aware of an opportunity to deepen your investment in the work we do. Until December 31, the CARES Act includes several tax benefits that increase your available deductions with charitable giving. If you do not itemize deductions, this means that your gift to FP will qualify for a tax deduction of up to $300, on top of your standard deduction.

The CARES Act will only apply to gifts made in 2020, so donate to the Feminist Press by December 31 to take advantage of these benefits while supporting your favorite feminist publisher.
